Your delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address you specify and the weight of the order. You can expect free delivery in Gauteng and charges from R75 to R200 for other areas.

We accept all major credit cards and direct EFT payments into our bank account.

We ship orders the next working day and depending on your delivery method chosen at checkout, you can expect delivery:

  • Gauteng: Next working day
  • Courier – main centres: Next working day
  • Courier – outlying areas: 2 – 3 working days

Any variations from these times will be communicated by email.

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information as defined in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2000 and Protection of Personal Information Act 2013. Our compliance with the legislation is set out in Privacy Policy.

You will receive email updates as your order works its way from our warehouse to your door. Once the order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number, this will enable you to track your order with the designated courier service.

All orders are sent with a Tax Invoice. Information you provide at checkout will be used to populate this invoice. Be sure to include your VAT number when checking out should you require it to be on your invoice as this cannot be rectified later.

We offer hassle free exchanges or refunds on all our regularly stocked items. We don’t pay for return delivery though, this amount will be deducted from your refund. If your item was specially ordered or manufactured then we can’t refund or exchange.
