Shipping and returns

Security-Store (security-store.co.za) offers the following shipping methods:

Gauteng

• Free delivery to Gauteng address for orders over R400
  We ship the next working day using The Courier Guy overnight courier service or we deliver using our own delivery vehicles. When comparing our prices to other vendors, remember most will add a delivery fee to their prices. We deliver free in Gauteng for all orders over R400.

South Africa

• Courier to your door
  We ship the next working day using The Courier Guy overnight courier service for small items (less than 2kg) or economy service for anything heavier. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout.

Returns

• Our return policy is simple, if you are not happy with your purchase we will take it back and refund or replace the item. We do not refund the cost of return carriage though, and this amount will be deducted from your refund.
• If the return is for an item that is faulty and still under guarantee, the we will bear the cost of return carriage.
